Builds made against a clock. Each entry shows the time limit, who built it, the result with its proof, and every model and service we used.

In Your Words

Applications built only from what you actually said. A job seeker dictates career stories once. For each role, the tool researches the company, drafts the answers, and checks every sentence against the stories. Lines it cannot back are cut.

The clock · 10 days

Oct 22Oct 31
  • Oct 22Registered for both events. Picked this idea over Signal Desk after a review by three models.
  • Oct 23A throwaway spike passed: a draft on a real posting, with every sentence judged.
  • Oct 24PRD approved.
  • Oct 26Design closed, product named, live skeleton shipped. Build slices 0 to 2 done.
  • Oct 30Used it on a real application, then submitted to Nebius x NVIDIA.
  • Oct 31Submitted to Wispr No Hands. The demo was cut from the real run, with my voice on the Flow answers.

Measured from my Claude Code session logs, as of Nov 1. Breaks over 10 minutes are not counted. Time spent dictating stories or reviewing on a phone is not included.

My part

All of it. Solo build, from problem to submission. Wispr's rules ask for the work to be done by voice, so prompts and docs go through dictation.

Notice, Explained

A GST DRC-01C notice shows one number and no reason. This tool traces the gap row by row, explains it with a grounded OpenAI call, and drafts a review-only reply.

The clock · 5 days

Aug 24Aug 28
  • Aug 24The brief narrowed to 10 government platforms. We researched all ten.
  • Aug 25Picked the Cyber Crime portal and CPGRAMS.
  • Aug 27Dropped that idea. Switched to the GST DRC-01C notice and locked the problem.
  • Aug 28Approved the final flow, built it, deployed it and submitted.
  • Round 2The Top 250 got a week of mentorship. We added a risk screen and a Hindi or English question box, and resubmitted.

Hours were not logged. This was a team event, before I started tracking time.

My part

Built with Kriti Kandhari Kapoor, from my cohort. We shared every role, from research to build.

One rule shaped the build: code decides, the model explains. The math is plain code with tests. The model only explains rows the code has already checked.

Vitae

A PWA that turns a prescription photo into a plain-language family health record. The core feature needs no signup.

My part

Six people with shared ownership, from discovery and the PRD to design and build. It is a team result. I do not claim any one part as mine alone.

Solo from here

My first two events were team builds. Most events from October 2026 are solo, starting with In Your Words. Each one shows hours by phase, measured from my Claude Code session logs: problem, design, build and submit. It lists every model and service I tried, including the ones I dropped and why.

When one build is entered in more than one event, it gets one entry. The clock and the stack are shared, and each event keeps its own track and result.
