15 projects across 11 domains, from live products to research concepts. The Projects panel lists each one with its status. Part of a 6-person team that placed 3rd at the Rethink AI-First Buildathon, shipping Vitae, an AI health-records PWA, in a 10-day sprint. With a teammate, placed in the Top 250 (rank 64) of 13,694 applications at Build What Moves India (Varun Mayya x OpenAI), shipping a working GST-notice prototype. Built a Telegram AI assistant (28+ commands) on Claude API and Python. It is now retired, and it became the brief for life-os, a personal operating-system app in build.
Joined as Product Manager in Jul 2022. Promoted in Apr 2024. Employee through Jan 2025, then retained as a consultant from Feb to May 2025.
Led 2 Product Managers, 2 Business Analysts, and 2 product interns. Owned a portfolio of 7 B2B SaaS products across 16 enterprise clients and 5,000+ users, talent management, performance evaluation, knowledge management, CRM, HRMS, quality auditing, and BI. Delivered 30+ digital transformation initiatives on time. Results include hiring time cut 50%, 30% transaction growth, and 50% shorter audit cycles.

Product Principles
Six principles and one capstone
I approach product work the way an architect approaches a building, first understand the forces acting on the system, then design the structure. Features are load-bearing walls, not decoration.
Purpose Before Aesthetics
Define what the artifact must prove before any visual choice is made. Form follows function, a rule I learned drawing buildings years before I wrote my first PRD.
Systems Thinking First
Features are the visible 10%. The system underneath, data flow, decision rights, escalation paths, is the 90% that decides whether a feature ships value or noise. Design for the ripple, not the splash.
Complexity Is Failure
If users need training, the design failed first. Don’t pretend the problem is simple, make complexity navigable. The best interfaces expose the right three of the fourteen edge cases, deliberately.
Build For the Constraint
Site, brief, code, budget, five years of architecture taught me constraints don’t limit the design, they are the design. Same rule in software: the constraint is the brief.
Build for the 6 PM Manager
Enterprise software is judged at peak load, not in demos. Three years shipping BPO platforms to 5,000+ users taught me: every screen must answer one question someone needs at 6 PM on a Tuesday, under pressure, with no time to think.
Ship to Learn
The first version is a question. I don’t just write PRDs, I ship working prototypes and let the data answer. Several are live in production today. Iterate relentlessly.

If the design language could be transplanted to a different product without feeling wrong, it was imposed, not derived. Every choice must be earned. I learned this critiquing buildings, it holds for every product surface since.
