Test one product idea or fix one messy workflow.
I help founders and small B2B teams test one product idea or fix one messy workflow. You get a working prototype or system, with clear limits and a handover your team can own.
I start with the process, not the software. Together, we identify what is worth fixing, agree on a small scope and build something your team can understand and own. AI is an option when it solves a real problem, not a requirement.
Two ways to start: Workflow automation AI product sprint
Start with a workflow diagnostic
Know what to automate before paying to build it.
For teams that know a process is slow or unreliable, but are not sure where to start.
Over 3 to 5 working days, I review one workflow, the tools it touches and the handoffs that cause delays. You get:
- A current-process map and the main failure points.
- A prioritised set of changes, including what should stay manual.
- A proposed workflow, tool choices and acceptance criteria.
- A written implementation scope with an indicative cost and timeline.
- A walkthrough so you can decide what to do next.
Final scope, timeline and price are agreed before work starts.
The diagnostic is a paid, standalone engagement. It does not include production changes, and you do not have to hire me for the build.
One workflow sprint
Build the first useful workflow, without taking on a full transformation project.
For teams with a clear process and an owner who can review the work.
In roughly two weeks, I build one agreed workflow using Airtable and Make across up to 2 or 3 systems. Examples include enquiry-to-CRM intake, client onboarding, approval tracking, or an internal operations tracker.
The sprint includes:
- A scoped workflow and agreed acceptance criteria.
- Airtable setup and Make automations needed for that workflow.
- Testing of the agreed happy path and error cases.
- Up to two review rounds.
- Documentation and a handover walkthrough.
- 14 days of defect support for the delivered scope after acceptance.
Final scope, timeline and price are agreed before work starts.
Your software subscriptions, API usage and other third-party costs are separate. Large data migrations, custom hosting, security certification, extra workflows and ongoing or 24/7 support are not included. Changes outside the agreed scope are quoted separately.
AI product sprint
Test one product idea with a working prototype.
For founders and small B2B teams with one product question that a working demo can answer.
In about three weeks, I run discovery, write a short PRD and build one core user path. I test it against an agreed set of cases and tell you what failed. You get the demo, the test results, a known-limits note, the code and a handover walkthrough.
The first step is a free short call. I then send a written scope, and no work starts until you agree to it.
Scope and price are agreed in writing before work starts.
A prototype is not a production launch. Production hardening, security review and hosting at scale are a separate quote. Your API, hosting and subscription costs are separate.
How we work
Four steps, agreed up front.
- Describe the workflow and where it breaks.
- Start with a diagnostic for a workflow, or a short call and a written scope for a prototype.
- Review working progress and test against agreed criteria.
- Take ownership with documentation, a walkthrough and defined support.
I work remotely from Jaipur. We agree on meeting overlap and review dates before starting.
